We are thrilled to announce that all member states of the New England States Consortium Systems Organization (NESCSO) have been selected as recipients of the CMS Rural Health Transformation Grant program for Fiscal Year 2026.

A total of $𝟭,𝟬𝟲𝟭,𝟱𝟬𝟮,𝟲𝟭𝟲 has been awarded across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. These funds represent a historic investment in the sustainability and innovation of rural healthcare delivery systems throughout our region.

This funding will empower our member states to strengthen rural health infrastructure, improve patient outcomes, and ensure that high-quality care remains accessible to all New Englanders, regardless of their zip code.
