Join us by participating in the annual MESC Poster Session networking event on Tuesday evening, August 10, 2021 Attendees from State government agencies are invited to submit posters individually or as teams to highlight a relevant project that they have initiated or completed within their State. The format of the Poster Session is designed for states to present a graphic display of their project on a 4’x8′ poster board. Presenters participate in engaging their colleagues from across the country in an active discussion about their project during this fun and exciting networking event. Team poster submissions may include partners from the vendor community, universities, or other nonprofit organizations. Vendors may not submit posters individually but may participate as part of a State team.
The MESC will provide reimbursement (e.g., registration and travel expenses) for one State employee who presents their State poster.
Our target due date for Poster submissions is April 30, 2021.
