One of the highlights of the MESC is learning about the innovative ways States are using technology to support their Medicaid Programs through State developed Posters presented at our Tuesday afternoon Poster Session Reception. This event is a great way to network with colleagues and showcase projects underway in your State.

New this year the Poster session will take place starting at 5:00 PM in the Exhibit Hall

Attendees from State government agencies are invited to submit posters individually or as teams to highlight a relevant project that they have initiated or completed within their State. The format of the Poster Session is designed for states to present a graphic display of their project on a 4′ x 8′ poster board. Presenters participate in engaging their colleagues from across the country in an active discussion about their project during this fun and exciting networking event. Team poster submissions may include partners from the vendor community, universities, or other nonprofit organizations. Vendors may not submit posters individually but may participate as part of a State team.

Each State that submits a Poster will receive reimbursement for conference registration, room, and travel expenses for one State employee who presents the State poster.
