Breaks – Prices Vary
Break sponsorships provide your organization with an opportunity to connect with all the attendees demonstrating your organization’s support of the MESC.
Interested in sponsoring all meals and/or breaks for the day? Contact us for discounted package pricing!
The available Break options are:
- Breaks provided outside the session rooms (1st and 2nd levels) all day Monday – $9,000
- Breaks provided outside the session rooms (1st and 2nd levels) all day; and two longer breaks (morning and afternoon Tuesday and Wednesday) within the Exhibit Hall – $11,000 per day (Tuesday or Wednesday)
- Breaks provided outside the session rooms (1st and 2nd levels) Thursday morning – $3,500
Included with every Meal Sponsorship:
- Signage on the Food and/or Beverage Stations
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- An ¼-page ad and your logo in the conference program
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship on the MESC mobile app, and during the meal
- Registered attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
