Meeting Room – Room 505 (Thursday) – $2,500

To accommodate sponsors who need meeting space for extended periods of time, but not for the full conference, we are able to provide eight (8) meeting rooms.

The meeting room is available for the entire day, and multiple days may be purchased separately. Meeting Rooms available Monday, August 21 through Thursday, August 24.

Each Meeting Room includes:

• Signage (meter board) outside room and directional in hallways grouped with other room renter information (if reserved by July 23, 2023)
• Location of room in mobile app, printed agenda & in main reception area (must be reserved by July 23, 2023 to be included in printed agenda)
• Basic room set up (e.g., banquet, classroom, etc.)
