With the Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC) 2025 just a couple of weeks away, we know you’re busy finalizing your plans! We’ve been receiving a lot of questions, and we want to ensure everyone has the most up-to-date information for a smooth and successful conference experience.
Please review the following key updates and reminders:
Registration & Payment Deadlines
If you haven’t completed your registration, please do so ASAP!

Government Employees: Registration increases to $900 on August 1st.

Non-Government/Private Sector: Registration increases to $1,500 on August 1st.

The final registration deadline is August 14, 2025 (or until capacity is reached).
Need to Send a Replacement? (Substitutions)
We understand that plans can change. If you need to send a replacement in your stead:

Substitutions are allowed, but are subject to a $25 service fee.

To process a substitution, please contact our team at info@mesconference.org. You will need your confirmation number.

Government Room Blocks: The government room blocks at the contracted hotels are reserved for government employees only. You will be required to present government employee identification upon check-in. If you do not have the appropriate credentials, the hotel may not honor the government rate and you could be turned away. Please secure the appropriate room type.

Beware of “Hotel Pirates”: We have NOT contracted with any third-party housing services. Reservations made through unauthorized agencies are frequently fraudulent. Do NOT call the hotels directly or use reservation links other than those provided on the official MESC website.
