COVID-19 Health Protocols

The Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC) is committed to serving our attendees safely and effectively.

For the safety of our attendees, staff, guest speakers, and the wider business community, the MESC requests attendees to only attend the conference if they are up to date with all COVID-19 vaccinations, as recommended by the CDC, or test negative within 48 hours prior to arriving. Attendees will be required to have proof of vaccination (e.g., vaccination card, photo of vaccination card, mobile app) or negative test within 48 hours of arrival. Documentation for either of the above can be provided as a hard copy, using the CLEAR Health Pass app or by showing a photo of the relevant information on your phone.

Individuals should NOT attend the MESC or associated events if they have tested positive, have been exposed to a person with COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or where the CDC would otherwise recommend quarantine, isolation, or the avoidance of indoor gatherings.

All attendees will be required to abide by all applicable COVID-19-related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the MESC or the event space, as well as any local, state, or federal requirements as may be implemented from time to time.

Thank you for your continued cooperation, and please feel free to contact us at info@mesconference.org if you have any questions.
