Fun Run – Wednesday (8/13/2025) 7:05 AM – Veterans Park — $10,000
New for MESC 2025!
A great way to start your Wednesday at the MESC with a 5K run or a 1K walk at Veterans Park along the shoreline of Lake Michigan. The fun run sponsorship is all inclusive of permits and fees, race management by Finish Line Productions, LLC, shuttle busses leaving from the Hilton Hotel/Baird Center at 6:30 AM, returning at 8:00 AM to Hilton Hotel/Baird Center, 250 branded race bib numbers, light snacks and water, 250 branded or co-branded t-shirts, and branded start/finish line banner (2’x8’) with truss side banners (2’x4’).
The Fun Run sponsorship includes:
- Recognition of your organization’s sponsorship on the Activation Station
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship, including your logo printed in the conference program
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
