Activation Station – Blossoming Tea Bar $7,500 per day
New for MESC 2025 is the opportunity to sponsor an Activation Station located in Exhibit Hall. The preferred location for the Activation Stations are in upper right side of the Exhibit Hall, near the PSTG Hub (a high traffic area) however we are willing to work with you on alternate locations in the Exhibit Hall (e.g., near your booth). Open Tuesday and Wednesday, the Activation Stations are sure to be a very popular! Don’t miss your chance to sponsor one or more stations.
The Blossoming Tea Bar Activation Station is a visually elegant and deliciously beneficial alternative to coffee! Our Tea Service is stunning in every way. Featuring 100% natural, hand-crafted teas watch as our ‘Tea Spheres’ steep and release their own unique flavors and transform into beautiful flowers right before your eyes. Amazingly fragrant they are a joy to behold as the ‘Tea Perfume’ excites the senses. A wonderfully special and unique option our Tea Bar also comes with more traditional loose-leaf teas to tickle your tastebuds!
Your final menu is created from seasonal ingredients and market availability. A final menu of (10) tea flavors for will be curated with you in consultation.
Note: Maximum of 500 drinks per day (8 oz)
All Activation Station sponsorships include:
- Recognition of your organization’s sponsorship on the Activation Station
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship, including your logo printed in the conference program
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- A full-page ad and your logo in the conference program
- Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
