Activation Station – Bubble Tea Bar $7,500 per day
New for MESC 2025 is the opportunity to sponsor an Activation Station located in Exhibit Hall. The preferred location for the Activation Stations are in upper right side of the Exhibit Hall, near the PSTG Hub (a high traffic area) however we are willing to work with you on alternate locations in the Exhibit Hall (e.g., near your booth). Open Tuesday and Wednesday, the Activation Stations are sure to be a very popular! Don’t miss your chance to sponsor one or more stations.
Bubble Tea Bar Activation Station – Fun, colorful, refreshing and super tasty our Markey Bubble Tea service features four popular flavor choices and an array of taste bud tantalizing chewy fruit popping bobas. Handmade to order by our two Bubbleologists our Teas come with milk in flavors such as Matcha, Coconut, Chocolate and Taro and Fruit Teas such as Passionfruit, Pomegranate, Mago and Strawberry.

All Activation Station sponsorships include:
- Recognition of your organization’s sponsorship on the Activation Station
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship, including your logo printed in the conference program
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- A full-page ad and your logo in the conference program
- Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
