Activation Station – Cotton Candy Bar $7,500 per day
New for MESC 2025 is the opportunity to sponsor an Activation Station located in Exhibit Hall. The preferred location for the Activation Stations are in upper right side of the Exhibit Hall, near the PSTG Hub (a high traffic area) however we are willing to work with you on alternate locations in the Exhibit Hall (e.g., near your booth). Open Tuesday and Wednesday, the Activation Stations are sure to be a very popular! Don’t miss your chance to sponsor one or more stations.
Cotton Candy Bar Activation Station – Following in the footsteps of our Popcorn Bar here’s our take on the fairground favorite, Cotton Candy! Think pastels, Pinks, Blues and Yellows this fun charged service comes with two Baristas (and two machines) who will spin classic flavors and delight with this colorful and attractive crowd pleaser! Spun fresh we will discuss with you what (2) flavors (per day) you’d like for your guests.
Note: Maximum of 500 servings per day
All Activation Station sponsorships include:
- Recognition of your organization’s sponsorship on the Activation Station
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship, including your logo printed in the conference program
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- A full-page ad and your logo in the conference program
- Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
