Activation Station – Make Your Own Donut Bar $7,500 per day
New for MESC 2025 is the opportunity to sponsor an Activation Station located in Exhibit Hall. The preferred location for the Activation Stations are in upper right side of the Exhibit Hall, near the PSTG Hub (a high traffic area) however we are willing to work with you on alternate locations in the Exhibit Hall (e.g., near your booth). Open Tuesday and Wednesday, the Activation Stations are sure to be a very popular! Don’t miss your chance to sponsor one or more stations.
Make Your Own Donut Bar Activation Station – Take a soft fluffy freshly made classic donut and slather it in a Chocolate, Caramel, Nutella, or Classic Vanilla glaze, then top it off with a choice of fun and tasty toppings and you have your very own interactive Designer Donut experience! What’s not to love!?
Super yummy and visually enticing our two Baristas will hand glaze and smother the donuts in a wide range of classic topping delicacies. All of our playful toppings change often and a final menu for your show will be curated with you in consultation.
Note: Maximum of 500 servings per day
All Activation Station sponsorships include:
- Recognition of your organization’s sponsorship on the Activation Station
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship, including your logo printed in the conference program
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- A full-page ad and your logo in the conference program
- Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
