Activation Station – Popcorn Bar $7,500 per day
New for MESC 2025 is the opportunity to sponsor an Activation Station located in Exhibit Hall. The preferred location for the Activation Stations are in upper right side of the Exhibit Hall, near the PSTG Hub (a high traffic area) however we are willing to work with you on alternate locations in the Exhibit Hall (e.g., near your booth). Open Tuesday and Wednesday, the Activation Stations are sure to be a very popular! Don’t miss your chance to sponsor one or more stations.
Popcorn Bar Activation Station – For even more nostalgia, feel-good vibes and a familiar and comforting aroma our Markey ‘new school’ Popcorn Bar could be just what you are looking for. With two Markey Baristas and two flavors daily, this service is just pure happiness. Freshly popped and warm with a huge variety of flavors to choose from we will discuss what (2) flavors you’d like for your guests to nibble away on.
Note: Maximum of 500 servings per day (6 oz)
All Activation Station sponsorships include:
- Recognition of your organization’s sponsorship on the Activation Station
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship, including your logo printed in the conference program
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- A full-page ad and your logo in the conference program
- Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
