Activation Station – Espresso Bar $7,500 per day
New for MESC 2025 is the opportunity to sponsor an Activation Station located in Exhibit Hall. The preferred location for the Activation Stations are in upper right side of the Exhibit Hall, near the PSTG Hub (a high traffic area) however we are willing to work with you on alternate locations in the Exhibit Hall (e.g., near your booth). Open Tuesday and Wednesday, the Activation Stations are sure to be a very popular! Don’t miss your chance to sponsor one or more stations.
For the Espresso Bar Activation Station, our Baristas are fully trained to engage and look after your guests and get the most from our state-of-the-art espresso machines. With our team you can have peace of mind that we have your best interests at heart. Let us clean, maintain and entertain whilst you and your team achieve your goals. Our (2) friendly and welcoming Baristas will ensure your guests have a memorable visit, featuring drinks that you would see in any world-class espresso bar including Cappuccino, Caffe Latte, Americano, Espresso, and all of the other favorites, as well as herbal teas and hot chocolate.
Note: Maximum of 1,500 drinks per day.
All Activation Station sponsorships include:
- Recognition of your organization’s sponsorship on the Activation Station
- Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship, including your logo printed in the conference program
- Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
- A full-page ad and your logo in the conference program
- Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2025
