Demo Room (Premium) – $5,000

Demo Room Sponsorship for Monday, August 12 through noon Thursday, August 15. Cost: $5,000.00

This Premium Demo Room is located on the Main Concourse, near the Educational Session Rooms. These Premier
Premium Demo Room sponsorship is limited to one (1) Demo Rooms total per company.

The rooms can be arranged to accommodate between 20 to 100 attendees, depending on room location and configurations. We will provide a standard room configuration - other room set-up arrangements may result in additional costs to the sponsor. Demo Rooms will be available beginning on Monday August 12 at 8:00 AM, through Thursday August 15 at 12:00 noon.

The demo rooms are open during conference hours only.

All ancillary services will be ordered through MESC and billed to your account.

The Demo Room Sponsorship includes:

• Summary description of your organization on the MESC mobile app, and in the conference program
• Virtual presence on the Virtual Attendee Hub/MESC App
• Registered Attendee list sent weekly beginning in June 2024
